Our leadership team

Teddy founded CTB Basketball in 2017 and Active Minds Class in 2018 to pursue his life-long passion of fostering youth development.

Russell joined the Learn & Play Collection full-time in 2023 to help expand our programs and develop our wonderful staff of instructors.

Dina has been part of the Learn & Play Collection’s leadership team since CTB’s founding. She helps with strategic direction and management planning.

Tim has been part of the Learn & Play Collection’s leadership team since 2020. He helps with strategic direction and marketing execution.

April has been part of the Learn & Play Collection’s leadership team since 2020. She does everything to keep us running smoothly - administration, scheduling, community engagement, and more.
